If you haven't heard of the Financial Times UK’s Best Employers 2026 Special Report, it's an independent and objective study by Statista and the Financial Times.

They asked roughly 20,000 UK employees about working conditions, salary, potential for development and company image and collated a list of the top 500 employers in the UK.

We're really proud of our teams and being named in the FT Top 500 employers report. The only Italian restaurant group, the only full-service restaurant group, and one of only four restaurant groups in the top 500 list.
